Salary base, an RN in US generally receives almost minimum 2 .7 times of salary what a nurse get in UK , if they are smart enough and willing to work in different states and some extra work they can get an amount of more than $170,000 in an year easily , work and all the other rules relevant to work is strict here, no compromise .. buying a good house , car , furnitures , appliances are very easy in US for an RN , until 12 th grade children's education is free and after that needs to be paid by loan or from own pocket and student loan is easily accessible , cars and their maintenance are less expensive comparing other countries and each adult has own cars ( generally pretty expensive cars for indians )in those states where parking is not so difficult , needs to have insurance for medical benefits but usually immigrants can choose work place where they provide insurance with little or no money , Poor people get free medical benefits with no cost at all , needs to look for the source vigilantly if for non immigrants , the only benefit UK and canada gives in terms of medical access compared to US is free of charge for their availability , but its heard long waiting like months to get to see a doctor or treatment .. in UK one can have several holidays as sick leave , emergency leave etc but in US not many ...can't compare these two countries as one is very far from other considering life style , earning and other benefits ..
